What is Wafeed?
Wafeed is a customer feedback collection platform for businesses that communicate with customers across any channel — QR codes, NFC tags, WhatsApp, SMS, email, in-store, and delivery. You create branded feedback touchpoints, share them after service, and collect star ratings, reasons, and comments from customers — without them needing an account or app.
Is Wafeed only for getting Google reviews?
No. The primary goal is to collect structured feedback so you can measure and improve your service quality. The Google Review redirect is an optional feature that invites satisfied customers (4–5 stars) to share their experience on Google — but it is not the core purpose.
Does it require WhatsApp Business API?
No. You do not need WhatsApp Business API. Wafeed works with any WhatsApp — personal or business. You simply copy the link and paste it into your WhatsApp conversation manually. No integration or API access required.
Can I create QR codes?
Yes. For every feedback link you create, you can download a PNG QR code. Print it on receipts, table cards, counters, packaging, or anywhere customers are physically present.
Tracking & features
Can I track individual staff performance?
Yes. Create a unique feedback link for each staff member. Ratings submitted through that link are attributed to that person. Compare average ratings, comment quality, and low-rating counts per staff member in your dashboard.
Can I track multiple branches?
Yes. Create separate feedback links for each branch or location. Your dashboard shows performance per branch so you can compare and identify where to focus attention.
Can I use my own logo and brand colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and set your primary brand colour on the Starter plan and above. On the Business plan, you can also remove all Wafeed branding from public-facing pages.
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes, on the Business plan. You can configure your own domain for public feedback page URLs so customers never see wafeed.co in the URL.
Can I send notification emails from my own domain?
Yes, on the Business plan with Custom SMTP. Configure your own email server so low rating alerts and test emails are sent from your domain.
Billing & plans
How do paid plans work right now?
Online card subscriptions through Tap Payments are coming in a future release. For now, paid plans (Starter, Team, Business) are activated manually. Contact us and we will activate your plan.
Is Tap Payments available?
Not yet. Tap Payments integration is planned for a future phase. You will be able to subscribe directly by card when it launches.
Can I export my feedback data?
Yes, on the Team and Business plans. You can export all submissions to CSV directly from your dashboard. The export includes ratings, comments, reasons, source, and Google redirect status.
Privacy & security
Is customer information kept private?
Yes. Feedback submissions are only visible to the business owner in their dashboard. Customers do not need to provide their name or contact information to submit feedback. IP addresses are hashed for spam protection and are not stored in a readable form.
Can I use the feedback pages in Arabic and English?
Yes. The public feedback page is available in both Arabic and English. The customer can submit in their preferred language. Your dashboard is currently in English.
Are feedback pages accessible on mobile and in-app browsers?
Yes. The public feedback page is mobile-first and works in all modern browsers including the WhatsApp in-app browser on iOS and Android.
