How do paid plans work right now?
Online card subscriptions through Tap Payments are coming soon. For now, paid plans are activated manually. Contact us and we will set up your plan.
Do you support custom domains?
Yes, on the Business plan. You can use your own domain for public feedback pages. DNS setup is manual for now.
Can I send emails from my own domain?
Yes, on the Business plan with Custom SMTP. Connect your own email server so notification emails come from your domain.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Since paid plans are manually activated, contact us at any time to cancel or change your plan.
Is Tap Payments available?
